Naturopathic Doctor

Dr. Nora Shilo, ND is a naturopathic physician with a deep passion for fertility, reproductive endocrinology, and integrative wellness. She believes that the body’s ability to create life is one of its most extraordinary functions, and her mission is to guide patients through this process with compassion, evidence-based care, and a personalized approach to both female and male fertility.

With a background in psychology, Dr. Shilo is also deeply attuned to the mind-body connection and helps her patients explore the emotional roots of physical imbalances that may be preventing full healing. Her approach blends the science of functional medicine with the art of understanding each individual as a whole—body, mind, and spirit.

In recent years, Dr. Shilo has expanded her practice to include anti-aging and aesthetic medicine, finding great fulfillment in helping patients look as vibrant on the outside as they feel on the inside. She currently offers cosmetic and therapeutic neuromodulator (Botox) treatments and will soon be adding dermal fillers to her practice. Her philosophy centers on enhancing each patient’s natural beauty and unique features—creating subtle, refined results that restore freshness and confidence without ever appearing overdone.

Dr. Shilo’s goal at every visit is to empower her patients with knowledge, provide individualized and realistic treatment plans, and support them in making sustainable changes that elevate both their current health and long-term vitality.

She is in good standing with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of British Columbia (CCHPBC)and is a member of both the British Columbia Naturopathic Association (BCNA) and the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND).

Dr. Shilo holds certifications from the CCHPBC in acupuncture, IV therapies, prescriptive authority, and cosmetic and therapeutic neuromodulator treatments.

When she’s not caring for patients, Dr. Shilo can be found playing dress-up, chasing, or jumping on the trampoline with her three young children—fully embracing the joyful chaos of motherhood.
